Care & Warranty
To keep your investment looking good for years to come we suggest the following:
• Clean up spills immediately with an absorbent cloth, followed by FIRSTLINE™ cleaner and restorer.
• Protect your countertops from excessive heat and wear by placing hot pots on a trivet, not directly on the granite.
• Protect your fine cutlery by using a cutting board, not cutting directly on the granite.
• Protecting the granite surface from food and drink spills. Use FIRSTLINE cleaner daily to protect and enhance
the original Artisan Sealer.
• Do not use abrasive or acidic cleansers.
Artisan Stone Collection Residential Lifetime Limited Warranty
• This warranty applies to Artisan Stone permanently installed in the original purchaser’s residence for countertop use during
the warranty period. It is non-transferable, except in the case of builder owner non-resident, from builder to original
resident occupants.
• The warranty remains in force for as long as you own your home.
It covers:
• Manufacturer's defects in fabrication, as determined by the Marble Institute of America, DimensionStone Design Manual VII.
• Defects caused by improper installation of your Artisan Stone countertops, as determined by the Marble Institute of America,
Residential Stone Countertop Installation (Technical Module).
• Stains from food and beverages.
• Seam performance.
Cost is limited to repair or replacement of the affected countertop piece.
To obtain service, contact the authorized Artisan fabricator responsible for this warranty.
