Our staff donates a Saturday of their time and we donate materials so they can build countertops for low-income families, part of the DuPont Day of Caring event.
Individually and as a business we take seriously our responsibilities as citizens to help address needs and challenges in our nation and our communities.
We approach that responsibility with the same passion that drives our everyday dedication to producing a quality product and service.
Our community commitments include support for the DuPont Day of Caring event, fabricating countertops for low-income families, sending packages to our U.S. military servicemen, participating in Habitat for Humanity, the Mexico Mission, the Wheelchair Mission, the UCLA Foundation, and other charitable opportunities.
Through product donations and voluntary services we strive to help strengthen and support our country and our fellow man.
Our efforts in the 2007 DuPont Day of Caring, along with those of sister company Block Tops, were featured in The Daily Breeze newspaper.
The Top Source has extended support to the Limuru Presbytery Home for Girls, a project that is opening an orphanage for young women.
Limuru, 30 miles west of Nairobi, has been devastated by the HIV/AIDS pandemic, which has orphaned thousands of children, leaving them abandoned in the streets.
